The eligibility criteria for applying for the post of Community Health Officer are as follows:

● The candidate must have passed B. Sc(Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc (Nursing) with Integrated Certificate Course in Community Health in the academic year 2019-20 are only eligible to apply for the post.

● B.Sc(Nursing)/ Post Basic B. Sc Nursing passed from a Nursing institution/University recognized by Indian Nursing Council/ and Assam Nurses Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ Council.

● Candidates must be Registered Nurse Registered Midwife (RNRM) from Assam Nurses Midwives’ & Health Visitors’ council.

सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी के पद के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए पात्रता मानदंड इस प्रकार हैं:

● उम्मीदवार को शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2019-20 में सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य में एकीकृत सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स के साथ बी.एससी (नर्सिंग) या पोस्ट बेसिक बी.एससी (नर्सिंग) उत्तीर्ण होना चाहिए, केवल पद के लिए आवेदन करने के लिए पात्र हैं।

● बीएससी (नर्सिंग) / पोस्ट बेसिक बी एससी नर्सिंग इंडियन नर्सिंग काउंसिल / और असम नर्स मिडवाइव्स एंड हेल्थ विजिटर्स काउंसिल द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त नर्सिंग संस्थान / विश्वविद्यालय से उत्तीर्ण।

● उम्मीदवारों को असम नर्स मिडवाइव्स एंड हेल्थ विजिटर्स कॉंसिल से पंजीकृत नर्स पंजीकृत मिडवाइफ (आरएनआरएम) होना चाहिए।

Candidates shall submit a Certificate from the Principal of their respective Nursing College (where from candidate has passed) for confirmation of the integrated Certificate Course in Community Health as per given format (Given below)

● Age Limit: Upto 43 years of age as on 1st June 2021

● Other Criteria: Candidates should have proficiency in regional/ local language and dialect.

● Salary: Community Health Officer on contractual basis shall be paid remuneration of Rs 25,000 per month and monthly performance-based incentive Up to Rs 15,000 per month.

सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य में एकीकृत प्रमाणपत्र पाठ्यक्रम की पुष्टि के लिए उम्मीदवार अपने संबंधित नर्सिंग कॉलेज (जहां से उम्मीदवार ने उत्तीर्ण किया है) के प्राचार्य से दिए गए प्रारूप (नीचे दिए गए) के अनुसार एक प्रमाण पत्र जमा करना होगा।

● आयु सीमा: 1 जून 2021 को 43 वर्ष की आयु तक

● अन्य मानदंड: उम्मीदवारों को क्षेत्रीय / स्थानीय भाषा और बोली में प्रवीणता होनी चाहिए।

● वेतन: सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी को संविदा के आधार पर 25,000 रुपये प्रति माह और मासिक प्रदर्शन आधारित प्रोत्साहन 15,000 रुपये प्रति माह का पारिश्रमिक का भुगतान किया जाएगा।

All applications will be subjected to a screening process and candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in their final year examination of last qualifying course i.e, Merit Wise in their last qualifying examination (Final Year B. Sc Nursing Course/Post Basic B. Sc Nursing Course).

📚 Educational Qualification:

💡 Internal Audit Officer (Administration) (On deputation):

Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis with five years’ regular service in the scale of pay of Rs. 10000-325-15200 (5th CPC) / Rs. 15600-39100 (PB-3) plus Grade Pay of Rs. 6600/- (6th CPC) / Level-11 with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 67700/- from the Central / State Govt., Universities and other autonomous organizations.

 

💡 Deputy Librarian (Central Library): i) A Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point-scale,wherever grading system is followed.

ii) Eight years’ experience as an Assistant University Librarian / College Librarian.

iii) Evidence of innovative library services including integration of ICT in Library.

iv) A Ph.D. degree in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science / Archives and manuscript keeping / computerization of library.

💡 Information Scientist(Central Library):

A)(i) Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science (MLiSc) with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever grading system is followed.

(ii) Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA)

or

M.Sc. in Computer Science / Information  Technology.

OR

B) (i) M.E. / M.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering / Electronic & Communication Engineering with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever grading system is followed.

(ii) Minimum two (02) years’ experience in Library Automation, Library Networking and Application of Web Technologies in Library.

OR

C) (i) Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade in a point-scale, wherever grading system is followed with two years of relevant experience.

(ii) Minimum two (02) years’ experience in Library Automation, Library Networking and Application of Web Technologies in Library.

💡 Assistant Registrar (Administration): A Master’s Degree in any subject with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC Seven point Scale.

💡 Upper Division Clerk (Administration): Essential: A Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University. Desirable: Working knowledge of computer.

💡 Lower Division Clerk (Administration):

(i) 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University.

(ii) A typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English on manual typewriter Or A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English on computer.

💡 Junior Accountant (Administration): Essential: A Bachelor’s degree in commerce from any recognized university.Desirable: Working knowledge of computer.

💡 Technical Assistant ( Physics):  Essential: B. Sc. with major in Physics from a recognised University.

2) Two (2) years’ experience in similar job in a college / university laboratory or equivalent organisation.Desirable: Candidates with experience in handling sophisticated analytical equipments related to Departmental Laboratory  / Workshop may be preferred.
