2. SELECTION PROCESS:

Description

Stage 1

A Written Test (objective Questions with Multiple Choices) of 2 (Two) hours duration of 100 (Hundred) marks in the field of General English, General Knowledge and General Aptitude).

Stage 2 Candidates securing minimum of cut off mark or above will be called for the Interview/Viva-Voce of 50 (Fifty) marks and on the basis of the grand total marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Test and Viva-Voce, the final selection will be made.

Note: In case of candidates obtaining the same grand total marks, the candidate obtaining more mark in the Written Test will be given preference. Where marks obtained by such candidates in the Written Test are also same, then the candidate who will be older in age will be given preference. The Selection Committee reserves the right to fix cut off mark for the Written Test to appear in the Viva-voce. There shall be no negative marking.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: –

i. Requisite Qualification: The candidate must possess the minimum educational qualification of Class-VIII standard passed. Those who have passed in HSSLC or equivalent or above examination need not apply. They will be treated as ineligible. Applicants have to produce a self-declaration certificate along with the application form mentioning as follows:

“I have not passed HSSLC or equivalent examination and I shall be liable for criminal prosecution for false declaration of my educational qualification”.

ii. Age: The Candidate must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 01.01.2025.

iii. Age Relaxation: Age Relaxation for the candidates of SC, ST (P), ST (H), OBC, MOBC etc. will be as per Govt. Rules.

HOW TO APPLY: –
i. The candidate shall have to apply in Standard Form of Application (published in the Gazette Part-IX of Govt. of Assam) along with self attested documents (photocopy) of all educational qualification, age proof, caste certificate, self declaration, other necessary testimonials, if any and 3 copies of recent passport size photographs.

ii. The candidate must indicate prominently the name of the post applied for on the right hand corner of the envelope containing the application.

iii. Candidate already in Govt. Service will have to apply through proper channel.

iv. Completed applications along with all testimonials as mentioned above must be addressed to “The Principal Judge, Family Court-II, Kamrup (M), NEJOTI Building, B. K. Mode of Selection: There shall be two phases in the selection process:

Phase- I: The Candidates whose applications are accepted will be required to appear in an objective type written test to be held in Guwahati on a date to be notified later on in website– https://siprdassam-recruitment.in

The syllabus of the Objective Type Written Test will be as follows:    

Phase – II: Against each vacancy, 3 candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of the marks obtained in the written test. After the written test, the shortlisted candidates will have to appear in a Personal Interview to be held in Guwahati.

Total marks for the Personal Interview will be 20 Marks.
