Educational Qualification

Grade-III: Candidates interested in applying for Grade-III (Technical) and Grade-III (Non-Technical) posts are advised to carefully review the official notification to understand the specific educational qualifications required for each position. Grade-IV: For Grade-IV vacancies, candidates must have passed Class VIII from a recognized institution. The maximum eligibility qualification is HSSLC (Class 12th) or an equivalent examination. Candidates possessing qualifications higher than the specified maximum eligibility on the date of application will not be eligible to apply for these posts.

Other Criteria of DME Recruitment

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as of 1st January 2024 to be eligible for the Assam DME Recruitment.

Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, 5 years for SC/ST candidates, and 10 years for PwD candidates.

Employment Exchange: Candidates must possess a valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate issued by the State of Assam.

Selection Process of DME Recruitment

As of now, the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam, has not officially announced the selection process for this recruitment. Based on previous trends, it is anticipated that DME, Assam, will conduct a written examination for each category of vacancies Grade-III (Technical), Grade-III (Non-Technical), and Grade-IV to select the most meritorious candidates. Applicants who submit their applications will need to appear for the written examination as per the official notification, which will be released in the future.
