১। প্ৰত্যয় কাক বোলে?
উ : প্রকৃতি বা মূলৰ লগত যিবোৰ বর্ণ বা বর্ণসমষ্টি যোগ হৈ নতুন নতুন অর্থ যুক্ত শব্দৰ সৃষ্টি কৰে, তাকেই প্ৰত্যয় বোলে।
যেনেঃ ফুল + অনি = ফুলনি। চুৰ + অনী = চুৰুনী।

২। অসমীয়া ভাষাত প্রত্যয় কেইবিধ আৰু কি কি? সূত্ৰ লিখি উদাহৰণ দিয়া।
উ : অসমীয়া ভাষাত প্ৰত্যয় চাৰিবিধ।
যেনেঃ
(ক) কৃৎ প্ৰত্যয়।
(খ) তদ্ধিত প্ৰত্যয়।
(গ) স্ত্রী প্ৰত্যয়।
(ঘ) বিভক্তি বাচক প্ৰত্যয়।

(ক) কৃৎ প্রত্যয়ঃ ধাতু বা ক্রিয়াৰ মূলৰ লগত যিবোৰ প্রত্যয় যোগ হৈ নতুন পদ গঠন হয়, তাকেই কৃৎ প্ৰত্যয় বোলে।
যেনেঃ লিখ্ + অক = লিখক
