Directorate of Higher Education (DHE), Assam has released the official notification of DHE Assam Combined Merit Scholarship 2023 – 2024. Students pursuing Under Graduate and Post Graduate course in Arts/ Science/ Commerce discipline in any recognized institution for the academic session 2023 – 2024 are eligible for this scheme. Interested candidates may apply online for this scholarship.

Academic year: 2023 – 2024

Awarding authority: Directorate of Higher Education, Assam

Eligible Courses: Under Graduate and Post Graduate courses in Arts/ Science/ Commerce discipline

যোগ্যতাৰ চৰ্ত || Eligibility Criteria of Combined Merit Scholarship

(১) স্নাতক পাঠ্যক্ৰমত পঢ়ি থকা ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীয়ে বৃত্তি পাবৰ বাবে উচ্চতৰ মাধ্যমিকত ৬০% নম্বৰ লৈ উৰ্ত্তীণ হ’ব লাগিব।
(২) স্নাতকোত্তৰ পাঠ্যক্ৰমত পঢ়ি থকা ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীয়ে বৃত্তি পাবলৈ স্নাতক চূড়ান্ত পৰীক্ষাত ৬০% নম্বৰ লৈ উৰ্ত্তীণ হ’ব লাগিব।

Educational Qualification: The minimum qualifying marks to apply for the scholarship shall be as given below

UG course: 60% in Higher Secondary for those who apply for Combined Merit Degree Scholarship scheme.

PG course: 60% in General Degree Course for those who apply for Combined Merit Master Degree Scholarship scheme.

বৃত্তিৰ পৰিমাণ:
(১) স্নাতক পাঠ্যক্ৰমৰ বাবে প্ৰতিমাহে ৪৫০ টকা।
(২) স্নাতকোত্তৰ পাঠ্যক্ৰমৰ বাবে প্ৰতিমাহে ৫০০ টকা।

০১-১১-২০২৩ ইং তাৰিখৰ পৰা ৩০-১১-২০২৩ ইং তাৰিখৰ ভিতৰত online (https://dhe-operations.assam.gov.in/scholarship) আবেদনৰ কৰিব লাগিব।

Bank Account: The Students must have valid (up-to-date) Bank Account in their name (Preferably in SBI) and details to be submitted alongwith the application (Bank Name, A/c Number, Branch Name, IFSC Code)

# Scholarship shall be disbursed through DBT system to the beneficiaries.

# The Candidate should possess the relevant qualification from any recognized Institution.

Selection Process: Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit in all cases and also to be restricted as per budget allocation.

List of the Documents to be Submitted:

1. Certificate form the Registrar/Head of the institution in which the candidate is at present studying (mandatory).
2. Photo copy of 1″ page of active bank account.
3. Final mark sheet of last qualifying examination (i.e. H.S/U.G.)
4. Photograph and signature of the candidate.
5. Aadhar card.

# Starting date of submission of online application: 1st November 2023
# Last date of submission of online application: 30th November 2023

# Last date to submit the physical form to directorate: 7th December, 2023
